Bennetts choose SAP B1

RGC and Bennett Construction have been partners for more than 25 years. In that time, both requirements and solutions have transformed to reflect changing business dynamics and advancements in software productivity. After considerable research, Bennett Construction has

chosen SAP Business One, implemented by N’Ware Technologies to be their new financial management solution. With a turnover exceeding €200 Million, careful selection and product fit was required to ensure continuity and suitability. RGC has, and continues to provide the core procurement, hire and sub contractor management solution. These financial instruments are then sent to SAP B1 enabling a seamless integration of financial data. Niall Cuffe, the groups Purchasing Director commented, “My team like RGC, it’s easy to use and gives us exactly what we want, when we want it. From subbies to hire companies to concrete suppliers, RGC handles it all with ease and keeps the finance team happy too.”

Medite chooses to integrate RGC with Syspro 8

Medite and Smartply, the mdf and plywood molding companies of the Coilte group, have been using the RGC CMMS solution for more than 8 years. Recently they decided to upgrade their Financial Management Solution

to Syspro 8. This involved the reintegration of RGC to Syspro 8 for the production of Purchase Orders, the recording of deliveries and movement of Stock. RGC have been happy to work with Medite/Smartply to create a seamless integration method for their stock and procurement teams. Medite’s Financial Controller, Tom Watson said, We have been really happy with the way RGC manages our maintenance and spares stock and we’re delighted that with our new financial solution we can continue to use RGC to import our financial data.

Supporting Community Spirit in Rooskey

Prit had the pleasure of joining the annual 5km walk and run in Rooskey, Co. Roscommon with his daughter Ashley. This event is always a fantastic example of how communities come together—raising funds for local causes, supporting local businesses,

and building connections that last long after the finish line.

At RGC, we believe in that same spirit of connection. Just as this event unites people for a good cause, our mission is to connect people with the right opportunities—helping individuals and businesses grow stronger together.

A big thank you to the organisers, volunteers, and sponsors who make this community initiative such a success every year. We’re already looking forward to the next one!

O’Flynn Medical pick SAP B1 for their new financials and to integrate with RGC

Following a successful aquisition by the HealthCare 21 Group in 2022, O’Flynn Medical have now turned their attention to migrating their financial solution to SAP Business One in use within the group. RGC provides

O’Flynn Medical with our Hire and Billing solution for the many tens of thousand products that they provide to their customers. Working in conjunction with SAP B1 specialist Callix, RGC have developed a bespoke integration solution allowing the Accounts Department to pull the RGC generated invoices into SAP B1 without the need to leave the SAP B1 suite. Conor O’Flynn, Business Unit Manager said “RGC is the core element to business and financial management with our clients. We are delighted that Robert and his team were able to respond quickly and positively to our requirements.”

RGC picks Metabase for its dashboard interface

RGC’s new flagship product, JobPal is a wholly web and mobile app based maintenance management solution. Information delivery is a key intrinsic part of this and after a review of the best products in the market, has chosen Metabase to provide it’s dashboard and reporting environment. Tom Galvin, RGC’s Development Director stated, “JobPal

brings together our knowledge of customer requirements gained over the last 20 years to put the best CMMS functionality into a clean, easy to use solution. We needed a similar ethos in software development for our dashboard and reporting requirements and found that Metabase have the range of product offering and industry leading concepts that we were looking for.” Prit Daby, RGC’s reporting and visuals specialist went on to say “I like working with the Metabase team. They are always ready to help and give me the right kind of support that I need.”

Roquette expand compliance functionality with RGC

Dupont, now Roquette went to the market in 2021 to identify and invest in a CMMS solution that met their requirements. Following the successful implementation of the RGC CMMS solution, Dupont then recognized that the Compliance Team could benefit from the flexibility and ease of use that the RGC system offered.

Whilst similar, compliance requirements require a higher degree of information storage, cross checking and version control, something that the RGC CMMS is more than capable of. With the introduction of specific reports, Dupont went live with their compliance solution in 2023. Since then the system requirements have grown as has the user base that relies on this information. In August Roquette went to the next phase of their strategy and incorporated the elements from the rest of their site into the RGC solution. Philip Rooney, Roquette’s Compliance Manager said. We have been very pleased with the robustness and capability of the RGC solution. Our ability to store, search and audit the information we require has been a huge efficiency boost to our team.
